1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing natali-koval.com (the “Website”), booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our services.

2. Our Services

Marriage By Natali LLC provides professional matchmaking, dating and relationship coaching, consultations, educational guidance, dating strategy, communication coaching, and related advisory services for adults.

Matchmaking services may include understanding the Client’s relationship goals and preferences, personal search, compatibility assessment, communication with potential matches, and arranging voluntary introductions between adults seeking genuine relationships.

All introductions are voluntary. Clients and potential matches are free to accept or decline any introduction. No participant is paid or otherwise compensated for communicating, dating, meeting, or entering into a relationship with a Client.

Marriage By Natali LLC does not provide escort services, compensated dating, mail-order bride services, transactional matchmaking, or immigration-based matchmaking services.

The specific scope, duration, format, and price of a service may be described on the Website, communicated to the Client before purchase, or set out in a separate written service agreement.

3. Nature of Our Services

Our matchmaking, coaching, consultation, educational, and advisory services are professional services intended to support Clients in their dating and relationship goals. Coaching and educational components are provided for informational, educational, and personal-development purposes.

Our services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or immigration services and should not be considered a substitute for advice or treatment from an appropriately licensed professional.

Where appropriate, Clients should seek qualified professional assistance for matters outside the scope of our services.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Dating, matchmaking, and relationships depend on personal circumstances, individual choices, mutual interest, compatibility, and other factors outside our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee any particular personal or relationship outcome as a result of matchmaking, introductions, consultations, coaching, recommendations, or other services.

We do not guarantee that any particular introduction will result in continued communication, dating, a relationship, engagement, or marriage. Any decision to communicate, meet, date, continue a relationship, become engaged, or marry is made voluntarily and independently by the individuals involved.

Examples, testimonials, success stories, or descriptions of previous Client experiences are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee that another Client will achieve the same or similar results.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information necessary for the delivery of the requested services, including information relevant to matchmaking, compatibility assessment, coaching, and consultations.

The Client remains responsible for their own actions, communications, choices, meetings, dating decisions, and relationships. Recommendations, potential matches, introductions, coaching, and other professional guidance provided by Marriage By Natali LLC do not replace the Client’s own judgment.

Clients are free to accept or decline any proposed introduction and are responsible for deciding whether and how to communicate, meet, or continue a relationship with another person.

6. Eligibility

Our services are intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement for the services requested.

7. Participant Safety and Conduct Rules

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy matchmaking environment, all Clients and participants are expected to communicate and interact honestly, respectfully, and in good faith.

Participants must not:

• provide false or materially misleading information about their identity, age, marital status, intentions, or other information relevant to matchmaking;

• impersonate another person or use another person’s photographs or personal information without authorization;

• engage in fraud, scams, deception, or attempts to obtain money, gifts, financial support, investments, loans, or other financial benefits from another participant;

• harass, threaten, intimidate, pressure, stalk, abuse, discriminate against, or otherwise engage in inappropriate or unwanted conduct toward another participant;

• pressure another participant into romantic, sexual, financial, or other interactions against their wishes;

• use introductions provided through our services for compensated dating, escort services, commercial solicitation, immigration arrangements, or other transactional purposes;

• misuse, publish, distribute, or disclose another participant’s private information, photographs, communications, or contact details without appropriate permission.

Participation in any introduction, communication, meeting, date, or relationship is voluntary. Each participant is free to accept or decline an introduction and to discontinue communication at any time.

Reporting Safety Concerns

Participants who experience or become aware of suspected fraud, harassment, impersonation, financial solicitation, threatening behavior, or another violation of these rules may report the matter to Marriage By Natali LLC at natalikovalusallc@gmail.com.

We may review reported concerns and request additional information where reasonably necessary. Depending on the circumstances, Marriage By Natali LLC may issue a warning, decline or discontinue an introduction, suspend services, or terminate the professional relationship with a Client or participant who violates these rules or whose conduct may reasonably create a safety or integrity concern for others.

Where circumstances indicate an immediate threat to personal safety or possible criminal activity, participants should contact the appropriate local authorities or emergency services.

By becoming a Client or participating in our matchmaking services, you agree to comply with these Participant Safety and Conduct Rules.

8. Fees and Payment

Prices for services may be displayed on the Website or communicated to the Client before purchase.

Payment terms may vary depending on the service selected. Where a separate written service agreement applies, the payment terms contained in that agreement will form part of the contractual relationship between the Client and Marriage By Natali LLC.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and, where applicable, by the terms of an individual written service agreement.

Where an individual service agreement contains specific refund, cancellation, payment, or termination provisions, those provisions should be read together with the Refund Policy.

10. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Consultations, coaching sessions, interviews, and other scheduled professional services are provided by appointment.

Clients should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session or appointment. Specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions may be communicated at the time of booking or included in the applicable service agreement.

Failure to attend a scheduled session or appointment without appropriate notice may result in the service being considered provided, where permitted by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, materials provided through the Website or as part of our services, including written materials, videos, guides, exercises, methodologies, presentations, and educational content, are owned by or licensed to Marriage By Natali LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Materials provided to Clients are intended for their personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit such materials without prior written permission.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take reasonable measures to respect the confidentiality of information shared by Clients in connection with our professional services.

For the purpose of providing matchmaking services, certain Client information may be shared privately with potential matches where reasonably necessary to facilitate a proposed introduction and in accordance with the applicable service agreement and our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information or provide Client information to potential matches for compensated dating or transactional relationship purposes.

Personal information collected through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms requires us to keep information confidential where disclosure is required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or safety.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, scheduling services, or other independent services.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, terms, or actions of independent third-party providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marriage By Natali LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or our professional services.

Matchmaking services facilitate voluntary introductions between adults but do not control the actions, communications, decisions, or conduct of Clients or potential matches. Each individual remains responsible for their own decisions and interactions before, during, and after an introduction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Changes to Services and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

When material changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated.

The Terms applicable to a particular purchased service may also be supplemented by the service description, booking conditions, or a separate written agreement accepted by the Client.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the Client provide otherwise.
